Do you sell jewellery online?
Currently, we do not sell jewellery online. We believe jewellery is a personal purchase, best experienced in person, where you can see, feel, and choose designs with complete confidence.
Where is your showroom located?
Our showroom is located in Ayodhya, and we warmly welcome you to visit us to explore our collections and experience our craftsmanship firsthand.
Store Address: 9/6/123, Chowk Rikabganj Rd, Shakti Vihar Colony, Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh.
What are your showroom timings?
Our showroom is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Wednesday and Friday to Sunday. Thursday is our weekly off.
What type of jewellery do you offer?
We offer a wide range of jewellery including plain yellow gold, kundan and polki jewellery, temple jewellery, and 925 silver, crafted for everyday wear, festive occasions, and weddings.
Do you introduce new designs regularly?
Yes, our collections evolve with time. While staying rooted in tradition, we continuously adapt to modern design sensibilities and changing preferences.
Can I view jewellery before purchasing?
Yes. All our jewellery can be viewed at our showroom, allowing you to explore designs, craftsmanship, and finishes before making a purchase.
Is your gold hallmarked?
Yes. All our gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked with HUID (Hallmark Unique Identification). Each piece can be independently verified on the BIS Care App, ensuring complete transparency and authenticity. We are strictly HUID-compliant.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. All our diamonds are IGI- and GIA-certified, assuring international standards of quality, authenticity, and grading.
How can I verify the purity of the jewellery?
Purity details such as hallmarking and certification are clearly mentioned on the jewellery and invoice. Our team is always available to explain these details.
Do you offer gold exchange?
Yes, we offer a gold exchange facility, making it convenient to upgrade or redesign existing jewellery.
Is there a deduction on exchanged gold?
No. We offer 100% value on old gold exchange, and our buyback value is also 100%, ensuring maximum benefit and complete transparency for our customers.
Do you provide jewellery cleaning or maintenance?
Yes. We offer jewellery cleaning and maintenance services on a chargeable basis, helping maintain the shine, finish, and longevity of your jewellery.
